With over 35 years in strength and performance, I combine professional qualifications with real competitive experience. I have competed in numerous strength and fitness competitions — continuing to challenge myself well into my late 40s and beyond — alongside completing three Ironman triathlons and representing Wales in senior hockey.

Based at The PT Lab Swansea, I train my clients in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest fitness equipment, including cardio machines and a full range of strength training equipment. You’ll have everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy.
